On Monday 2nd February, we will be recognising World Hijab Day at school. 

There will be a temporary suspension of the "plain black or navy-blue" part of the Headscarf/Hijab rule in our uniform policy for the day. As such, students will be allowed to wear any patterned/colourful headscarf/hijab they might wear at home or outside of school! 

Please note for clarity that this is a temporary suspension of part of the uniform policy, it is not a non-uniform or "dress up" day. 

This recognition aims to raise awareness, encourage conversation, and celebrate the diversity within our school community.
