We have been selected by the Jack Petchey Foundation to pilot a new programme called the Spark Programme led by BTS Spark (one of the world’s leading coaching and leadership development specialists).
From 17 January in England, people who receive positive lateral flow device (LFD) test results for coronavirus (COVID-19) will be required to self-isolate immediately and won’t be required to take a confirmatory PCR test unless they develop Covid symptoms:
The CHSG Music Scholars, along with Miss Ogden and Mr Conduit-Smith, had the joy of going to watch ‘Come from Away’ in December at The Phoenix Theatre as part of their scholarship programme.
Our GCSE and A Level Art students' work has been displayed in a virtual art exhibition.
We are delighted to announce that we have joined the Association of State Girls’ Schools (ASGS).
All students will finish early on Wednesday 12th January 2022 to allow teaching staff to join the Sixth Form Parents’ Consultations which take place from 2:30 pm until 6:15 pm.
To help our students, parents and carers have a safe, fun and restful Christmas break, we have produced a newsletter which includes a range of services, activities and family support available throughout the festive break.
The Year 12 and 13 BTEC exams take place 12th-21st January.
As one of our Christmas projects, students and staff of CHSG donated food items for Christmas Hampers that were distributed to charities in the community.
We have had a great response from the students this year who have created some fantastic entries for our Christmas card competition.
As a part of every child’s education at Carshalton High School for Girls, we promote personal wellbeing and development through a comprehensive Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education programme.
