Year 13 - End of Year Arrangements
As we approach the final weeks of the Summer Term, a programme of events is listed below for Year 13 students.
Friday 28th May
Last day of assessments for A level subjects
Tuesday 8th to Thursday 10th June
Year 13 working from home on online courses and WEX opportunities. All resources will continue to be shared by Miss Bevan on SMHW. Students are able to come in during these 3 days but will need to sign in with Miss Connolly in S block. Some students will want to meet with staff to arrange further reading to help prepare them for their university courses.
Friday 11th June -The Year 13 Leavers Ceremony
We would like to have this event to say goodbye to the students, many of which have been with us for 7 years. As they are all in the same bubble, this is able to happen safely.
Lesson 3 and 4- Leavers Ceremony in the hall.
Lesson 5 -Year 13 BBQ and 'Goodbyes' on the field.
The Leavers Ceremony will replace the Year 13 Prize Giving event, historically in the Autumn Term.
BTEC students will still need to attend lessons after half term to complete work. BTEC work will need to be marked and submitted by the 18th June.
There are a variety of resources on our Sixth Form Study Skills share point page for revisions and well-being. All the students have access to this.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns.
