Year 11 Study Leave

Year 11 students will stop their normal timetabled lessons from Wednesday 15th May.

From Thursday 16th May students will move to their exam/immersion timetable.

Students need only to attend school for their exams and the immersion sessions which occur before each exam.

For morning exams immersion sessions run from 8am to 8.50am prior to the exam and for afternoon exams immersion sessions run from 12.15pm to 1.15pm prior to the exam. Attendance at the immersions sessions is important.

Morning exams start at 9am and afternoon exams start at 1.45pm.

From the 16th May students are allowed to wear their own clothes however any inappropriate clothing may prevent students from sitting exams.

Students must sign in and out at the student entrance when entering and leaving the school site; this is very important regards our safeguarding procedures.

Students should only be in designated rooms for immersion or the exam hall whilst on her exam/immersion timetable. They should not be accessing any other part of the school site at this time.

Any queries regarding exam arrangements should be referred to Mr Conduit-Smith, Deputy Headteacher
