Carshalton High School for Girls was judged by Ofsted in January 2011 as a ‘Good school with outstanding features’ and described as ‘strongly improving’.

Learning Skills Day Olympics Trip - Year 8

As part of our 3 Learning Skills Day in June I am currently organising a visit to London on Wednesday 20th June for Year 8 students. The theme is 2012 Olympics.
A2 Biology Field Trip

A field course for students intending to take A2 Biology next year will take place on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th July.
Year 10 Mock Examinations

Year 10 student will take their GCSE Year 10 Mock examinations between Monday 18th June - Friday 22nd June
GCSE Immersion Programme - Summer 2012

We are keen that as many of our Year 11 students as possible take part in a series of GCSE revision and immersion classes leading up to, and including, the exam period.

I recently participated in the Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Spelling Bee and I am going to share my experiences.
