Carshalton High School for Girls was judged by Ofsted in January 2011 as a ‘Good school with outstanding features’ and described as ‘strongly improving’.

Year 11 Exam and End of Term Arrangements

Students in Year 11 are about to start the final phase of Key Stage 4 and written GCSEs start soon.
Visit to The British Museum - Year 8

The Art Department is currently organising a visit to The British Museum in London on Friday 17^th May 2013.
Iceland Trip - February 2014

We are in the process of planning a trip to Iceland during February 2014 half term for current Year 9, 10, 11 and 12 Geography students.
Early Closure Year 7-9 - 15th May

Due to the fact that we have to accommodate over 400 students in Years 10 and 11 taking public exams on Wednesday 15th May, we ask that students in Year 7-9 work from home during Periods 4 and 5.
Year 7 & 8 Exams - 3rd-7th June

Students in Years 7 and 8 take examinations in most of their subjects during this week which is a change from the original published date.
