School Improvement Plan
2011-2013
Our School Improvement Plan is a document that is written on a 2 year cycle. One year of our current plan has been completed.
The thrust of the plan is to move the school from ‘Good with outstanding features' to ‘Outstanding’ overall and therefore the priorities within the plan reflect what we need to do to be in a position to achieve this by the time of our next Ofsted inspection. The key areas of the plan: Achievement, Teaching, Behaviour and Safety and Leadership and Management reflect the new Ofsted inspection framework.
The views of parents, staff, students and governors have been taken into account in developing the plan.
All Middle Leaders produce a similar plan for their area of responsibility linked to the whole school priorities.
