Parents' Evenings
Parents’ Evenings are held once a year for each year group. The dates can be found below. The appointments for each evening are available from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Subject teachers, the Year Leader and members of the Senior Leadership Team are available and it is an important opportunity to discuss your daughter’s progress. As part of our partnership agreement it is expected that parents will make every effort to attend.
Your daughter will be given a letter to take home and you will be asked to list the teachers you would like to see. Your daughter should take the form to the staff you have requested and obtain appointments with them. Whilst staff will try to grant requests from parents for specific times, appointments will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis and we cannot guarantee to accommodate all such requests.
Appointments will be allocated at five-minute intervals and parents are requested to keep to their time to prevent a backlog building up.
