Media Group
As you will know we run a Media Group for the School that does lots of brilliant work. Just this year of it running we have:
- Made about 20 videos – that will be placed on the new website soon.
- Taken about 15K photos – that will be placed on our new site, magazines, newspapers, etc, etc.
- Done major projects like the BBC School Report and the Dell Competition.
- Done major work on the new school website and fronter.
- Designed and now being published various graphics, publications and designs.
Students have learnt a lot. Just to name a few things:
- Working with others.
- Communication Skills.
- Project Management.
- Camera Skills, Photography, Editing, Composing, Audio Technology, etc, etc.
- Graphics and Designing.
- Software Applications like: Office; Graphics and Imagery: Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, Flash; Video Editing: Movie Maker, Pinnacle, Final Cut; Audio: Audacity.
