Data
The data department handles the administration of the details contained in the school’s database. Carshalton Girls uses the SIMS software to record all the staff and student details. This includes student assessment details, contacts, timetables etc. The students’ progress reports and full annual reports are generated using this information, as well as figures for the Local Authority and the Department of Education.
Any data collected about students, parents, contacts and staff is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.The Full Privacy Notice is available here.
