Building Schools for the Future Programme

 
You may have seen the news items that were broadcast on BBC and ITN London news programmes.

 

The Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Programme is designed to transform learning.
  

In March, the London Borough of Sutton was invited to enter the programme and we were highlighted as a priority school.  As I am sure you will have heard on the news the government is currently reviewing where cuts in spending should be made and the Building Schools for the Future programme is one area being considered.  

 
I was approached by the London Borough of Sutton to take part in the programmes and felt it was right to do so if it could help maintain the programme for us.  BSF is a wonderful opportunity for your daughters and generations of children and young people to benefit by learning and be inspired in surroundings conducive to the 21st Century.  As I stated on the programme, this is money that was promised and the girls deserve for that promse to be upheld.
