Calling All Parents! (PFA)
The PFA needs your help. We meet once a month to discuss ways of raising money for the school, and the girls do benefit from the money we raise through PFA donations to various activities and projects, for example, the Year 11 Prom. We are currently working on a Summer Fayre, which we hope will be a big fundraiser and enable the school to buy some new specialised equipment.
If you could spare some time, either as a full member of the PFA, or just by helping out occasionally, that would be great and we would really appreciate your support. We are working parents ourselves and understand that time is limited for everyone, but we feel that keeping the CHSG PFA going is very important.

The PFA is a small dedicated group which in November 2010 organised a Winter Fayre that attracted many stalls but not many visitors.
The PFA are keen to try a new event a Mid Summer Fayre that would include stalls, performances by students, sporting events and attractions. However the Fayre will not succeed without your support. In order to help us make the decision whether or not to continue with this event, we would be grateful if you could contact Miss Holland or Mrs Pearce either by email on aholland@suttonmail.org, bpearce2@suttonmail.org, or by returning the slip below by 29th March.
The school needs your support to continue to provide extras that enhance the students’ learning experience and are currently fundraising for a Laser Cutter.
