Battlefield Trip - Ypres and The Somme
Year 12 students will travel by train and shuttle to Ypres and The Somme on Friday 24th February.
This trip should be an enriching and enlightening experience that will allow students to develop a deeper understanding of how the war was fought and the conditions that shaped the literature that they are studying.
The coach will leave CHSG at 4.30 am on Friday 24th February and return on Saturday 25th February, arriving back at CHSG at approximately 11.30 pm.
