    On the 15th February, 25 Year 10 students were given a wonderful opportunity to take part in Jack Petchy’s Speak Out Challenge. I was lucky enough to be one of them.

Latest News and Events

  • Year 13 students are fundraising for support their end of year Prom.


  • Year 7 English students looked at 'The Rights of the Reader' by Daniel Pennac, illustrated by Quentin Blake. 


  • Students in Year 11 are about to start the final phase of Key Stage 4 and written GCSEs start soon. 


  • The Art Department is currently organising a visit to The British Museum in London on Friday 17th May 2013. 


  • We are in the process of planning a trip to Iceland during February 2014 half term  for current Year 9, 10, 11 and 12 Geography students. 


  • Due to the fact that we have to accommodate over 400 students in Years 10 and 11 taking public exams on Wednesday 15th May, we ask that students in Year 7-9 work from home during Periods 4 and 5.  


  • Students in Years 7 and 8 take examinations in most of their subjects during this week which is a change from the original published date.
