Jack Petchey Award Nominations
Nominations for the Jack Petchey Award can happen at any time during the school year. Any student, member of staff, parent, governor or anyone associated with the school is welcome to nominate. A nomination form is available from either the LRC or can be downloaded below. Once completed it can be posted in the Nomination Box in the LRC. Alternatively please email the completed form to syoung1@suttonlea.org
Every nomination must include:
- The name of the person you wish to nominate
- The name of the person making the nomination
- Whether you are a student, member of staff, parent etc.
- The reason for your nomination. Please be as explicit as you can.
Please remember: To win an award the nominee must be aged between 11–25. They do not need to be the cleverest, the fastest or the best looking! But they need to be exceptionally hard working or have done something really positive for other people.
