Summer Cineclub
This summer Cineclub and Bigfoot Arts Education have joined forces with the London Borough of Sutton to run a filmmaking project with 25 students from across the borough during the summer holidays. The young people involved will form a film crew and work together to produce a short film on the topic of personal safety, a topic that they have been investigating in drama workshops with Bigfoot. The group will have chance to work alongside Cineclub’s team of professional filmmakers to help plan, shoot and edit this film for an educational DVD for other Sutton schools.
There will also be a special screening of the finished film at a central London cinema in Autumn Term 2011! If you think you’re a budding director, producer or actor, and fancy seeing your work up on the big screen then let us know. We’d love you have you on board!
